Issues Regarding the Passport of Jozef Koven

The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding Jozef Koven, a Jew from Smederevo, who had passed the border in Homoljica with the Turkish passport, which, due to the events of 1848, was verified by the Hungarian authorities only, but not by the legal Austro-Hungarian authorities.
