The Commercial Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Isak Kojen, a flour manufacturer from Belgrade, had filed against Majer Markus, a merchant from Zemun, over debt. Both parties agreed that the dispute should be resolved by a so called Selected Court, for which members Benjamin Pinto, Moreno Arojeti and Konorta Pijade were selected.

Rakila, a wife of Lazar Benarojo, filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against the Terazije Precinct for failing to address the insults Isak B. Aron had done to her. The Terazije Precinct responded to the Administration that Isak Aron had already been sentenced for insulting the spouses Benarojo upon the lawsuit Lazar Benarojo had had filed against him.

The Belgrade Police communicated the Аdministration of the Town of Belgrade to review the accounts and the business done among Lazar Hajim Demaja from Vienna and Solomon Koen and his partner Persijada, and consequently to file a report on the found facts.
Witnesses gave statements that Haim Avramović and Haim Avram Konfino was one and the same person and that Lezer Avram Konfino was his brother. Jahiel Ruso submitted the statements to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade for verification.
