Moša Karaoglanović requested the Store Department of the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to grant him permission to produce silk materials in his umbrella factory. The permission was granted. The documentation included also design of the factory located at 12 Zmaja od Noćaja Street which was named Fabrika amrela i svilenih tkanina Nisim D. Anaf.
