Nationalisation of Bela Mošev‘s Property

The decision reached by the First Belgrade County Court appointing Bela Mošev the heir of the property of her brother Izrailo Jeušua, killed in 1941 in the Topovske šupe camp. The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade issued a decision that the inherited property of Bele Mošev, nee Jeušua, who was living in the USA.

National Loan Collection From the Azrijel Brothers

The Sava Mala Precinct informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it failed to collect the national loan from the brothers Solomon and Moreno Azrijel, because Moreno claimed to be the Austrian subject, that he no longer shared a mutual business with his brother , that Solomon had no property in the Town and that he resided in Vienna at that time. The file documentation was dispatched to the Belgrade Municipal Court which informed the Administration that the national loan was imposed to the brothers Azrijel at the time they had a mutual store in Belgrade and that loan could be collected from Solomon, who was Serbian subject.

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to summon Haim, a son of Bohor Pinto, to take the oath in the presence of a rabbi and to confirm his statements expressed in the lawsuit filed against him and his brother Binja by Nisim Padro, over debt.

The president of the Management Board of the joint-stock company Termoekonomija, owned by Milan Ulmanski, requested the Commercial Court of the City of Belgrade to erase from the commercial register their director Julije Kraus, and the company‘s representative Vilim Hercog, because they had left the company. The dossier included the minutes from the Management Board meeting, and information that all Jews had been dismissed from the branch office in Petrovgrad.
