Sumha De Majo Requested a Deed For the House She Bought

The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request Sumha, a wife of Jozef de Majo, had filed against Duda, a wife of Jakov Avram Elija from Vlaška, for not delivering her a deed for the house she had bought from her. The Ministry informed the Administration that Duda gave a statement that she would give the deed after Sumha settled the debt her husband owed to her.

Samuilo Azriel Haim Got a Permission to Open a Tavern in the Jevrejska Mala

Samuilo Azriel Haim had filed a request to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to allow him to open a tavern in his house in the Jevrejska Mala (a Jewish quarter in Belgrade). Attached to the request were statements of several members of the Jewish community who asserted the need for a tavern in that area. The Administration approved the request.

Samuilo Alkalaj Settled His Debt to Isak Elijas

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a debt from Samuilo Alkalaj, from Belgrade residing in Niš, in favor of Isak Elijas from Vienna. For the debt settlement his house, situated in the Jevrejska Mala (a Jewish quarter), was sold and bought by Sultana, a wife of Avram D. Majo.

Samuilo Amar Summoned to the Trade Court

The Commercial Court requested to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to find and escort Samuilo Amar to the Court regarding the lawsuit filed against him by Radovan Barlovac and Atanasije Torbarević. Samuilo Amar didn‘t respond to the request of the Court in two earlier occasions. The Administration could not find Amar at his home.

Statements Given Regarding the Possessions of the Late Rafail Leon Ruso

David Solomon Azrijel, Jontov Bahar Mojse i Isak Jakov Koen gave their statements that the late Rafail Leon Ruso, a merchant, possessed mobile and immobile property in Belgrade of grater value which were inherited by his sons Hajim and Jakov. Rafail Ruso had fled from Belgrade and later drowned in Vidin.
