Beavram Spouses Filed a Lawsuit Against Dimitrije Đorđević

Simka, a wife of a merchant Ozer Beavram, filed a lawsuit against Dimitrije Đorđević over unpaid rents and damage made in the rented tavern. At the same time a lawsuit between Đorđević and Ozer Beavram was being held at the Commercial Court regarding the accounts settlement.

Police reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the carelessness of the Belgrade merchants who left their stores unlocked and with open windows during the night. The window was found open on the store of L. Alkalaj and the door in the store of Josif Almuli.

Ban Placed on the Possessions of Semajo Menahajem Demajo

Possessions of Semajo Menahajem Demajo were inventoried and ban was placed to secure the debt settlement to Salamon Amar. Sara, a wife of Semajo, gave a statement to the the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that the inventoried property belonged to her and her daughter Ventura, whose dowry was inventoried along with the rest of the possessions.

Boen and Azrijel Bankrupted

The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the bankruptcy of property of Boen and Azrijel, merchants at the Stambol Gate, and requested the Administration to inventory, evaluate and hand over the property to Nikola Živković, a property tutor. The property was later assigned to Ilija Albahari, who settled the debt of Boen and Azrijel to their debtors.

Belgrade Physicians Obliged to Report on the Deceased and the Deceases

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the physicians on the order issued by the Ministry of the Interior to forward reports every ten days regarding the number of deceased persons and diseases they were suffering from. The town physicians confirmed with their signatures that they were informed, including Samuel Pops and Ferdinand Bril.
