Debt Settlement of Juda Koen to Solomon Koen and Farki

Correspondence of the Valjevo District Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the collection of the court fee amounts from Solomon Jakov Koen and Farki, the merchants from Belgrade, who demanded a ban to be put on the property of Juda Koen, the merchant from Obrenovac, in order to secure the debt settlement.

Debt Settlement of Nisim Alfandari To Samuil Halfon

The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it put a ban on the merchandises of Nisim Alfandari, a merchant, to secure a debt settlement to Samuil Halfon and his son. The Administration was requested to inventory and assess the merchandises in the store of Halfon at the Stambol Gate. After he settled the debt, the seized property was returned to Alfandari.

David Sason, a Rabbi, Attacked in the Synagogue

The Požarevac District Headquarters communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit of David Sason, a rabbi, against Samuil Mordohaj, Samuilo Hason and Moša Anaf, over the attack committed in the synagogue. The Administration was requested to interrogate as witnesses Beniamin Amar, Isak Hain and Leon Musafija, all the merchants from Belgrade.

David B. Ruso Found Items In His Tavern

David B. Ruso reported to the Dorćol Precinct that he found some items in his tavern which were neither his property nor the property of Elijas Adanja and Jahijel Ruso, the former tenant and the owner of the tavern, respectively. Consequently, the Administration sold those items, but Jahijel Ruso demanded a part of them to be withhold since he had sold them to Sara, the wife of Elijas Adanja, while he was the owner of the tavern.
