Jakov Albahari Filed a Lawsuit Against David Kadmon Over Debt

The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the collection of a court fee from Jakov Albahari, a merchant, who had filed a lawsuit against David Kadmon, over debt, though he later gave up the lawsuit.

Jozef Elijas Fined For Opening a Store on Non-Working Day

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade investigated the accusations filed against Jozef Elijas, a tinsmith, to have opened his store on a non-working day. Elijas claimed that his apprentices Avram Alva and Avram Demajo opened the store without his knowledge. The Administration fined Elijas.

The Belgrade Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Johan Haim, a money dealer, regarding a lawsuit he had filed against Nikola Živanović, a leather manufacturer, over the violation of their agreement on rent paying, but later he gave up his lawsuit.

Jakov Solomon Filed a Complaint Against a Captain Cincarević

Jakov Solomon filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against a captain Cincarević from Grocka, for his illegal actions when Solomon had applied for a permit to sell his merchandise in the Grocka Fair. Solomon requested his passport and merchandise to be returned to him. Attached to the file was a passport of Jakov Solomonović.
