Moša D. Eškenazi and Moša B. Jakov Accused For Working Without Permits

Moša David Eškenazi and Moša B. Jakov submitted the requests to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to get permits for running the tinsmith business. Eškenazi submitted his request in 1866, and the Tinsmith Guild appealed to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Moša Bohor Jakovljević and Eškenazi for running their businesses without the permissions.

Moša Suzin Took the Loan and Mortgaged the House

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to establish a commission which would assess the plot of Moša Suzin situated in the Jevrejska Mala. Suzin gave the referred plot as a mortgage when he applied and took the loan from that Court. The plot was sold for the less value than Suzin asserted when he took the loan.

The Požarevac Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request of Moša Kalderon to put a ban on the movable property of Petar Marinković, to secure the debt settlement. Since his request was rejected, the deposit amount was returned to Kalderon.

The Belgrade Commercial Court brought a decision in a lawsuit of Mata Levi, a button manufacturer, against Petar Radosavljević, a tailor, over debt. Levi requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to execute the decision as soon as possible and to collect the debt amount.

Moren Arojeti Banned To Sell the Ready-Made Pieces of Clothing

Moreno Arojeti appealed to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade because the authorities in Valjevo banned him the sale of the ready-made pieces of clothing not made in Belgrade but abroad. He submitted the proof that the clothing was made in Belgrade thus, he requested the Administration to duly inform the Valjevo District Headquarters.
