The Belgrade Town Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the debt of Avram Haim Koen to Ozer B. Avram and the court decision in favor of debt settlement from a debtor‘s property. The Administration received a Court certificate by which a ban was placed on the real estates of Haim Avram Koen and his father Avram Haim Koen. The property selling was announced in the Serbian Gazzette.
The Užice County Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver to Solomon Koen or Avram Koen, his legal representative, a debt amount collected from Stefan Koić, a tobacco dealer from Užice.
Statement Regarding the Property of Moša Solomonović
Haim Avramović and Avram Koen submitted for verification to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade a written statement that Moša Solomonović, a merchant, owned an estate with two houses in the Jevrejska Mala (a Jewish quarter). The statements was submitted upon the request of Jahijel Ruso.
Settlement of Dimitrije Đorđević with Kalmi and Almuli
Jahiel Ruso and Avram Koen testified that Dimitrije Đorđević, a merchant from Lozovik, said to Isak Almuli that he would give 100 grosches if merchants Almuli and Kalmi gave up on the lawsuit they had filed against him.
Aleksinac County Court brought a decision a sequester to be placed on the property of Dimitrije Rakić, a merchant from Ražanj in order to secure the debt settlement to Avram Koen, a merchant. Jahiel Ruso submitted the document to the the Administration of the Town of Belgrade for verification. (copy)
Simon Hason and Avram Koen Signed the Agreement on Commission Sale
A letter by which Avram Koen confirmed that he received items from Simon Hason for commission sale. The unsold items would remain the property of Hason and could be reclaimed. The letter was submitted for verification to the Terazije Precinct.
Samoel Hajon filed a lawsuit to the Dorćol Precinct against Avram Koen for seizing a stove and an oven from the house in the Dušanova Street which Hajon had bought from Gavra Koen.
The Kragujevac District Headquarters informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it was ordered to find Avram S. Kojen, an apprentice to Semajer Albahari.
The Department of Commerce and Supplies of the Executive People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade made the announcement of closing down the store owned by Avram Koen, located at 22 7. Jula Street.
Several Merchants Requested to Close Their Stores on Saturday Afternoon
The Association of Merchants of Manufacturing, Textile and Fashion Products sent to the Administration of the City of Belgrade a request, signed by several Belgrade merchants, to be allowed to close their stores every Saturday afternoon. Among the merchants who signed the request were also Avram S. Koen and Komp., Nisim B. Aron‘s Sons, Isak Ergas.
