Theft in the Store of Isak Lidži

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade investigated the accusations filed by Isak Lidži, a merchant who reported that lamb skins were stolen from his store. The same animal skins Lidži found in the possession of Dimitrije Urošević and Ilija Bogdanović, but they claimed that they had bought them from a worker Milovan Dimitrijević.

The Administration of the Funds Filed a Lawsuit Against Leon David Haim

The Administration of the Funds requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a court decision to Leon David Haim related to his debt to the Fund. As Haim could not be found, the Administration of the Funds demanded the decision to be delivered to his family. The Administration of the Town of Belgrade reported that the Haim family was supposedly in Constantinople, based on the conviction of the Jewish Community.

The Jewish Community Complained Against Moša Avram Suzin

Members of the Jewish Community complained to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Moša Avram Suzin. Claiming that the Administration and the Dorćol Precinct did not consider the complaint, the Jewish Community further addressed to the Ministry of the Interior. The Ministry ordered the Administration to investigate the conduct of Suzin and alleged maltreatment of other members of the Jewish Community, especially the attack with knife on Sabitaj Jakov Koen. After the Administration investigated the accusations, Moša Suzin was found guilty for the attack with a knife and was punished with 15 days of imprisonment.

Two Lawsuits Filed Against Avram Adut Over Debts

The Belgrade Town Court reached a decision regarding the lawsuit Benvenista Albala had filed against Avram Adut, a tenant of the Jewish butchery shop, over debt. Since he failed to settle his debt, his possessions were evaluated and seized. The file also contained a decision of the Belgrade Town Court reached in a lawsuit Rahila Adut had filed against her husband Avram Adut, over debt.
