The Šabac County Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a court decision to Jakov Mišulan, Aron Bevenisti, Isak Samuilović, Persijada Pijade and Avram Jakov Kojen. The Court underlined that the aforesaid Jews settled to Šabac after 28th February 1861 and moved their businesses as well.

Court Fee Collection From David B. Nisim

The Court in Kruševac requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from David B. Nisim, a merchant, associated with a lawsuit he had filed against property of the late J. Bajić, but afterwards he gave up the lawsuit. Nisim moved to Vlaška after the bombardment of Belgrade, thus the court fee could not be collected.

Correspondence of the Administration of the Town of Belgrade, the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs and the Belgrade Town Court regarding the collection of court fee from Samuilo Adanja who had filed a lawsuit against Isak Pinkas, over debt. Adanja was away in Bucharest and afterwards in Pančevo, thus he forwarded the message that he would submit the receipt that he had settled his debt two years ago as soon as he came back to Belgrade.
