Moreno Konortić Filed a Lawsuit Against Solomon Samuel Kojen

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Moreno Konortić had filed against Solomon Samuel Kojen for using his name in his trade business. The Administration was asked to inquire in the Jewish Community weather the Jewish customs allowed the use of other people‘s names in trade business.

Miša Anastasijević Filed a Lawsuit Against the Heirs of Solomon Azrijel

The Belgrade Town Court reached a decision in a lawsuit Miša Anastasijević had filed against Solomon Azrijel over debt. The court ordered the heirs of Solomon Azrijel to pay the debt. Nevertheless, David, one of the heirs of Solomon, managed to overturn the court decision, thus the debt was not collected.

The Belgrade Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to inventory and seize the livestock, goats and sheep, and the household of Moša Darsović and Jakov Aforović, indebted to Jovan Novaković. After they settled their debt to Novaković, the seized property was restored to them.
