Collection of Hospital Costs For the Treatment of Marija Cetinger

The Administration of the General State Hospital requested the Terazije Precinct to collect from Jakov Baruh, the innkeeper, hospital costs for medical treatment of his cashier Marija Cetinger, as he obliged himself when she was admitted to the hospital. Baruh gave a statement that he had no resources, thus the Terazije Precinct inventoried his mobile property. Baruh‘s wife Lenka made a statement that the inventoried items were her property and requested them back. The Precinct requested her to submit a proof of ownership.
