Haim Pinto Requested New Passports For Himself and His Family

The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade communicated regarding the request of Haim Pinto to get passports to him, his mother Estera, to his brothers and sisters, since their old passports had expired. The request was reviewed and determined that Haim‘s father, Leon Pinto, was registered a taxpayer in 1859, that his family escaped from Belgrade during the Turkish bombardment of the town and that Leon missed to pay taxes for the years 1861 and 1862. Leon Pinto‘s sons submitted the proof to the Ministry that their father didn‘t escape from Belgrade and promised to pay the overdue taxes if they received the new passports.
