Lawsuit of Nedeljko Veljković Against Strajsiko Kabilo

The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the decision brought in a lawsuit Nedeljko Veljković filed against Strajsiko Kabilo, over a boiler. The Administration was instructed to confiscate the boiler from Kabilo and to collect from him a rent for its use and the court fees.

Legacy of Leon Amariljo and Berta Koen

The 2nd District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Sultana Mevorah as a legal guardian of absent Samuilo and David Amariljo, to represent them in a probate proceedings of the property of the late Leon Amariljo. The documentation included the Third Belgrade District Court‘s decision appointing Samuilo and David heirs of the late Berta Koen, née Amariljo.
