Merkada Nisim Padro filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the order the Dorćol Precinct which determined the days when men could go to hamams i.e. public baths and which days were reserved for women. Padro stated that women didn‘t come to his hamam which would ruin him financially.
