Public Auction Organized For Leasing of Shops

The Ministry of Finance informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request of Dimitrije Radović and Samuilo Amar, the merchants, to allow them to extend the leasing period for two shops. The request was denied and the Administration was instructed to organize a public auction for these shops. The leasing agreement was signed with Toma Andrejević, Menahem Amar placed a warrant on his behalf.

Panta Kasnar Filed a Lawsuit Against Bohor Avram Mandil

A lawsuit of Panta Kasnar against Bohor Avram Mandil, over debt. The Administration determined that Mandil had been away in Turkey, so the Administration appointed Moreno Gabaj for legal representative to his children. The authorities decided to auction the house of Mandil, but after he made an appeal to the Prince‘s Office the sale was canceled.
