The Brothers Elijas Filed a Lawsuit Against Moša Ozerović Over Debt

The Belgrade Town Court communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the appointment of experts who would positively determine the exact name and surname of Hajm D. Hajm, who was also often referred to as Hajm David and Hajm Davič, for the lawsuit which the brothers Elijas from Vienna had filed against Moša Ozerović over the right priority in a debt collection from sold property of Hajm.

Theft Committed in the Company of Moša Kalderon

Correspondence of the Administration of the Town of Belgrade, the Town Precinct and the Požarevac District Headquarters related to the lawsuit Avram Jakoviljević and Jozef Kalderon had filed against Milan Obradović for for collaboration in the theft committed to the company of Moša Kalderon. Rafailo Avram Levi, the apprentice to Moša, was accused for the theft.

The Court of the Town of Belgrade communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding Tasa Milosavljević who requested the seized property of Isak Melamet, which was given to him for safekeeping, be taken out of his store because he had leased it. The Brothers Elijas Filed a Lawsuit Against Moša Ozerović

Jovan Grujić, the lawyer to the Elijas brothers from Vienna, and Moša Ozerović, a merchant, were summoned to the Town Precinct at the scheduled time for fact reviewing related to the lawsuit. The experts appointed in the lawsuit, Mojsej Alkalaj, a Jewish teacher, among them, were summoned also.
