Isak Saso and Juda Karijo Arrested In Front Of the Žirovni Venac Tavern

Isak Saso, the orange seller, and Juda Karijo, the soap seller, both operating at the Great Market, were arrested under suspicion to have tried to seduce a girl in front of a tavern Žirovni Venac. Both of them claimed they did not know the girl and had never talked to her.

The commander of the Danube Hospital Brigade requested the Terazije Precinct to find a reserve corporal Izrail Albahari who left the duty of military medical technician and to forward him to his command. Albahari soon reported to the command.

Ivo Ekštajn Banned To Attend the School

Zoltan Ekštajn requested the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to allow his son Ivo to continue his education at the Secondary Technical School of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Petrovgrad (Zrenjanin). Ivo Ekštajn ceased to attend that school due to the decision of the Teachers Board based on the Decree on the education of children of Jewish origin.
