Jakov Buli Forgot to Take a Passport

The Smederevo District Headquarters informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Jakov Buli, who had been in Smederevo for business purposes, missed to take his passport from the Headquarters when departed to Belgrade. The Headquarters dispached the passport to the Administration and requested that he would be sentence for that violation.

Jakov Melamed and Pijada Konorta Settled Their Debts

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to sell the goods stored in the shops of Jakov Melamed and Pijada Konorta and to dispached the money back in order to settle their debts. The Administration informed the Court that the parties in dispute agreed to settle the mutual claims, so the Court canceled the selling of their property.

The Ministry of the Interior informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Josif Štraser, a physician and a surgeon, had submitted a request to get a permit to exercise the practice in Belgrade. The Ministry issued the permit to doctor Štraser after reviewing the diplomas.

Jurisdiction Over the Leased Shop Situated In the Russian Consulate

The Ministry of Finances informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that starting from St. George‘s Day in May 1846 the leasing of shops situated in the Russian Consulate facilities would not longer come under the jurisdiction of the Belgrade District Headquarters but under the jurisdiction of the Administration. The shops were leased to Dimitrije Radović and Samuilo Damar.

Jakov Ruso To Take an Oath

The Belgrade County Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to send an officer to be present at the oath taking of Jakov Ruso, who, in the presence of a rabbi, was to asserted that the late Dimitrije Stanković Džampić had owed him 188 groshes and 20 cents.

Jakov David Possessed Irregular Travel Documents

The Kruševac District Headquarters requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to sentence Jakov David, a Belgrade merchant, who had been staying in Kruševac with a passport issued by the Administration to travel to Turkey via Aleksinac. The Headquarters referred to the regulations that a person was allowed to travel only to the places indicated in the passport. The Administration informed that Jakov David had been punished with imprisonment.
