Leon D. Haim Filed a Lawsuit Against Izrailo B. Ilijas

The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Leon D. Haim had filed against Izrailo B. Ilijas, over debt. The Administration was requested to inform the Court if Ilijas was under aged and the only heir of the late Solomon Konortić. The Administration reported that apart from Izrailo Ilijas, who was 22 years of age, Konortić also had other sons, Elijas and Avram, two daughters, Mirhla and Hana, and a wife Sara.

Lawsuit Against Jakov Kazes For Stealing

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the accusations filed against Jakov Kazes for multiple thefts. The Police from Šabac arrested him and forwarded him to Belgrade. At the trial, Kazas confirmed to have stolen from his brother-in-law Moša Suzin and also from Stevan Pavlović. He was sentenced to 25 strokes or15 days of inprisonment.

Lea Ašer Filed a Lawsuit Against Mehla Haim and Džamila Albahari

Lea, a wife of David Ašer, filed a lawsuit to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Đorđe Bujdić, a legal representative of both Mehla, a wife of Azrijel Haim, and Džamila, a wife of Isak Albahari, because he had entered into her house accompanied with a gendarme, intending to place a sequester to her property. After the interrogation, Bujdić was acquitted.

Lena Lebl, a wife of Rafael Lebl from Zemun, accused Ljubica, a wife of Mića Petrović, a member of the Ministry of the Interior, for insulting and calling her derogatory names for no reason. The Administration interrogated both women and reached a decision to fine Ljubica Petrović.
