Hajim had filed against Petronije Mitrović from Kovačevac, over giving them 100 animal skin items less than he should have. Avram Talvi from Valjevo dispatched the skins to them via the accused Mitrović.

Sabataj Gavrilo Koen To Take an Oath In the Presence of a Rabbi
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to take an oath from Sabataj Gavrilo Koen, the apprentice, in the presence of a rabbi, that he would tell the truth in a capacity of a witness in a lawsuit his master Avram Haim had filed against Jevrem Mihajlović from Ćuprija, over debt.
The Dorćol Precinct requested a town physician to control a salted fish which Avram B. Haim wanted to take from the Customs on the Sava river and to put it in a storage for sale. The physician stated that the fish was good.
The Belgrade Town Court brought a decision to approve the request of Samuilo Jakov de Majo to get a custody of his child, who resided in the house of Avram B. Haim, a father of his late wife Sola Bohora.

Correspondence of the Commercial Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Sara, a wife of Adanja Eli, had filed against Jozef Ruso, over debt.
Adanja Elijas requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to stop the sale of his wife Sara‘s belongings over debt settlement to Jahiel Ruso. Elijas confirmed that he had previously filed a lawsuit against Ruso and had proved that the debt had been already settled.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to forward Avram Jakovljević, David B. Ruso, David Kalfon Levi and Hajim Aslan Levi to testify in a lawsuit which Sara, a wife of Adanja Elijas, had filed against Jahijel Ruso for damage compensation.
Adanja Elijas requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to interrogate Jahijel Ruso related to the lawsuit he had filed against him on behalf of his wife Sara.
