Hajim Amar Settled His Debts and the Bankruptcy Was Taken Off

The Commercial Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to hand over some items seized from S. Amar and R. Ruso to David Ruso, a husband of the bankrupted R. Russo, because they belonged to him. Other inventoried items should be handed over to Hajim Amar, since he had settled his debts to his creditors and the bankruptcy was taken off of his property..
