The decision reached by the First Belgrade County Court appointing Bela Mošev the heir of the property of her brother Izrailo Jeušua, killed in 1941 in the Topovske šupe camp. The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade issued a decision that the inherited property of Bele Mošev, nee Jeušua, who was living in the USA.
Nationalization of Benko and Magda Atijas‘s Property
The Department for Civil Rights of the 2nd District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade informed the Secretariat that Benko Atijas, his wife Magda, née Bihler, and their cousins Ester Mandil and Renta Kon had renounced their Yugoslav citizenship and instructed the nationalization of their property which was considered the property of foreign citizens.
The Department for Civil Rights of the 2nd District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade informed the Secretariat that Benko and Nada Danon had renounced their Yugoslav citizenship and instructed that their property should be nationalized as the property of foreign citizens.
The Executive Board of the 4th District People‘s Committee decided to nationalize the property located at 76 Sazanova Street, owned by Beti Rot who had renounced her Yugoslav citizenship and had moved to Israel.
National Loan Collection From the Azrijel Brothers
The Sava Mala Precinct informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it failed to collect the national loan from the brothers Solomon and Moreno Azrijel, because Moreno claimed to be the Austrian subject, that he no longer shared a mutual business with his brother , that Solomon had no property in the Town and that he resided in Vienna at that time. The file documentation was dispatched to the Belgrade Municipal Court which informed the Administration that the national loan was imposed to the brothers Azrijel at the time they had a mutual store in Belgrade and that loan could be collected from Solomon, who was Serbian subject.
The Department for Stores of the Administration of the City of Belgrade approved the change of name of haberdashery store owned by David B. Nahum to Binja Nahum i Brat.
Nisim Padro Filed a Lawsuit Against the Pinto Brothers Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to summon Haim, a son of Bohor Pinto, to take the oath in the presence of a rabbi and to confirm his statements expressed in the lawsuit filed against him and his brother Binja by Nisim Padro, over debt.

The Department for Civil Affairs of the 2nd District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade informed the Secretariat that Borivoje and Milena Jakovljević had renounced their Yugoslav citizenship and requested their property to be nationalized as the property of foreign citizens.
Nedeljko Veljković Filed a Lawsuit Against Bohor Ozerović
Nedeljko Veljković, a petty dealer, filed a lawsuit to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Bohor Ozerović, for having talked his landlord to throw him from the house and the store where he had been working for 29 years, had been paying a rent and participated in a house maintenance.
Notification on Conduct of Bohor Rahamin Avram De Majo
Members of of Jewish Community Moreno Konortić and Moša Ozerović signed a notification by which they guaranteed that Bohor Rahamin Avram De Majo was an honest person and regular tax payer.
Nisim Amar, a merchant from Bucharest, ceded to Jahijel Ruso the right to receive the amount which he would collect from the sale of the house, since Ruso had already paid him the overall amount. The house was property of Amar and his brothers. (copy of the act)

The president of the Management Board of the joint-stock company Termoekonomija, owned by Milan Ulmanski, requested the Commercial Court of the City of Belgrade to erase from the commercial register their director Julije Kraus, and the company‘s representative Vilim Hercog, because they had left the company. The dossier included the minutes from the Management Board meeting, and information that all Jews had been dismissed from the branch office in Petrovgrad.
