Salamon Moš Medin Appointed For the Guardian of the Property of Bea Emanuel

The Guardianship Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the appointment of the assistant guardian for the property of the late Bea, the wife of Jakov Emanuel. The Assembly of the Jewish Religious School Community appointed Josif Hason, but after he had refused to accept the duty, Salamon Moš Medin was appointed.

His request was approved after his statement was confirmed.

Solomon Amar Filed a Lawsuit Against Jakov Bruner Over Poor Quality Cotton

The Commercial Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request of Solomon Amar for the expert assessment of the quality of cotton he had bought from Jakov Bruner, a merchant from Trieste. Amar asserted that the cotton quality was poorer than ordered. After the dispute settlement with Bruner, Amar canceled his claims and the lawsuit.
