The Administration of the Town of Belgrade announced the sale of a mobile property of Marija Tadić, over debt settlement to Jakov Alkalaj. In the following days Alkalaj requested the Administration to suspend the sale.
Alvon Alkalaj Accused Sekula Nikolić For Disturbing Him

Avram Anđel filed a request to the Town Precinct to give him a permission to open a tavern. Anđel took over a store from Isak Solomonović who moved to Vienna. The tavern was intended for the Jews from Zemun who stayed in Belgrade during the day. The request was granted.
A Number of Persons Disrespected the Belgrade Customs By Not Paying Fees
The Belgrade Customs dispatched to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade a list of people who, despite the warnings, did not pay the custom fees. The Administration was requested to collect the fees and to fine the indicated persons for disrespecting the Belgrade Customs as a state authority. The list included also David Buli, Moric Hercl, Avram Jakovljević, Moša Kalderon and others.
The Belgrade Town Court asked the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to immediately forward to the Court Avram Jakovljević, a merchant, accused for an insult. The Administration failed to find Jakovljević, since he had left for Niš.
