Adanja Elijas Filed a Complaint Against the Dorćol Precinct
Adanja Elijas filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against the order of the Dorćol Precinct that he had to leave the tavern he leased because its owner Jahiel Ruso had sold it to David Ruso.
The Aleksinac Quarantine informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have let Solomon Avramović from Niš, pass on his was to Belgrade over trade business.
The Ministry of Education and Religion communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the complaint some Jews had made against the tutors of the Synagogue and their methods of keeping church registers and handling the money. The Audit Commission formed to investigate the accusations determined that revenues and expenses accounts were kept together with the school and hospital accounts. Therefore, the Commission was asked to compile an inventory of the real estate property of the Synagogue and to establish the rules for their management. In addition, two Turkish deeds for the land where the Jewish cemetery was located had been delivered to the Commission.

Accusations Made Against Moša Albahari Over Fake Money Dealing
Đorđe Adamović filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against Moša Albahari, a money dealer, over giving him fake money. Albahari gave a statement that he had received that money from Živko Karabiberović.
Adanja Elijas submitted for verification to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade a certificate that he had delivered 59 barrels of white wine to Avram Juda in order to settle his debt.

Avram Benad Interrogated For Not Responding To the Police Call
Avram Benad was interrogated regarding his not responding to the police call. The Administration of the Town of Belgrade sentenced him with six-day imprisonment, later changed to money fine.

Appointment of New Members of the Belgrade Commercial Court
Procedure of election of new members of the Belgrade Commercial Court in 1873. The Assembly of the Belgrade merchants nominated new members and their substitutes. The proposal was submitted to the minister of justice and the Prince Milan Obrenović issued a decree on their appointment. Among others, Jahiel Ruso was elected a regular member of that Court.

Appointment of Guardians to a Minor Daughter of Isak Azarija
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to appoint new guardians to Dona, a minor daughter of the late Jakov Azarija, since Moša Mevorah and Avram Maclijak gave up on that responsibility and her stepfather stated that she couldn‘t live anymore in his house. David Solomon and Jozef Moša Kalderon were appointed new tutors.
Ašer Ozer Sentenced For Speaking Against Serbian Authorities
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade investigated the accusations made against Ašer B. Ozer , a merchant, who spoke against the Serbian authorities in a tavern, who assirted that Jews had no rights and talked about a Jew who was murdered in Šabac but his murderers would not be found. The Administration sentenced him to 15 days of imprisonment which could change for a financial fine.
Avram Koen complained to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade over the taxes he had to pay because he was a minor and a single young man who lived with his father and accordingly refused to pay. The Ministry of Finances rejected the complaint because Koen was running the store with his father.
Samuel Koen, a synagogue tutor, requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to provide him with two blank account books for keeping accounts for the Synagogue, one for the new, the other for the old synagogue.
The Belgrade Town Court reached a decision to accept the request of Lezer Avram Konfino to put a ban on the property of his brother Haim Avramović, in favor of Haim Pardo. The decision was submitted to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade for verification.
