Accidental Injury By Gun of Jakov Adanja By David De Majo

Investigation of the gun injury inflicted to Jakov, a son of Isak Adanja, by David, a son of Samuil De Majo. The fathers of both boys gave their statements which showed that the incident was accidental. Thus, the Court of Cessation terminated the case and gave up further investigation.

Apprentices Fled From Maksim Pinkas Štajn Due To Maltreatment

Maksim Pinkas Štajn, the industrialist, the member of the Enterprise the Brothers Pinkas Štajn, reported to the Terazije Precinct that three of his apprentices fled. The investigation confirmed that they went to Ranko Gođevac and began to work for him. At the hearing session they gave statements that they could not endure any longer because Štajn gave them hard time and beat them.

Avram Ozerović Filed a Lawsuit Against Tanasije Jakovljević Over Debt

The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that it placed a ban on the mobile property of Tanasije Jakovljević, a brick manufacturer, until he settled his debt to Avram Ozerović. The Administration was requested to inventory the debtor‘s property and deliver it for safekeeping to Avram Nahman.

Administrative Stamps Without a Seal

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade initiated an investigation after administrative stamps were discovered without the proper seal. The case was revealed when David Levi, a shipping agent, was handing over the merchandise to the customs officers. He was interrogated and he stated that he had bought the stamps in the store of Avram Melamed and his son Jakov, and they had purchased the stamps from Mijailo Mijailović.
