Avram Jakovljević Sentenced for Contempt of Authorities

Avram Jakovljević was sentenced to prison because he did not come after being summoned by the Town Precinct. Jakovljević filed a complaint to the minister of interior. At the minister‘s request, the Prince Milan Obrenović issued a decree, liberating Jakovljević.
