Jovan Filipović, the authorized representative of Jozef A. Ruso, requested the Terazije Precinct to issue him a certificate that his client was the recipient of overall income of Jovan Čobanić. The certificate was needed for debt collection from debtors of Čobanović in favor of Jozef Ruso.

The Administration was requested to provide experts who would assess the damage caused by the roof-licking in the tavern, which Bohora leased to Jelisijić.
Dispute of Belgrade Jews Concerning the Cattle Slaughter
Belgrade Ashkenzi and Sepahrdi Jews agrued regarding the persons who would be entitled to ritually slaugher cattle. Both communities requested assistance of the Administration of the Town of Belgrade. The Adminsitration forwarded the request to the Ministry of Education and Religion, which rejected to entitle Avram Rubiček.
David B. Ruso Filed a Lawsuit Against Jahijel B. Ruso
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade investigated the lawsuit filed by David B. Ruso against Jahujel B. Ruso over debt. Jahijel Ruso asserted that the bill of exchange which indebted him was false, thus the Dorćol Precinct requested the Administration to investigate that case.
Mijailo Milovanović complained against the ruling of the Belgrade Municipal Court regarding the debt collection form his debtor Jakov Levenzon.
