The Court in Smederevo informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that David Solomon
Demajo, a merchant from Belgrade, who owed money to David Avramović, from Smederevo,
had agreed to return the money to the father of David Avramović, since he had been inprisoned.
The Kragujevac County Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver to David Tajtacak, a legal representative of the brothers Čelebonović, a court decision brought in a lawsuit against Manojlo Ilić from Vrbica, over debt. The Court in Kragujevac provided the brothers Čelebonović a certificate of placing a mortgage on the property of their debtor.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to execute the court decision and to collect the debt with interest from Ašer Farhi in favor of Srezo Atanacković.

Since Elijas couldn‘t pay the requested amount, the Court ordered his house in Jevrejska Mala (Jewish quarter) to be sold. The sale was not realized since the litigators settled the dispute out of court.

The Belgrade Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to make inventory, evaluate and put a ban on the property of Haim B. Avram, who declared that he had no money to settle his debts, and that he could settle it only by selling the goods from his shop.
