Ljudevit Rac Fined For Music Playing After 11 PM

Ljudevit Rac, who leased the restaurant Ruski car in the Dedinje area, was reported and accordingly interrogated for keeping the music playing in the garden after 11 PM. The Criminal Department of the Administration of the City of Belgrade fined him 300 dinars in favor of State Budget.

Leon M. Mandil Accused Tasa Lazarević For Insulting and Attacks

Leon M. Mandil filed the accusation to the Terazije Precinct against Tasa Lazarević, a merchant, for insults and attacks on his assistant Novica. Lazarević was interrogated and denied everything. Mandil soon gave up the accusations.

Lenka Baruh Appealed Against the Ban and Inventorying of Property

The Administration of the City of Belgrade rejected the appeal of Lenka, a wife of Jakov Baruh, against the decision brought by the Terazije Precinct by which she was obliged to submit the ownership rights over the inventoried and banned property of her husband. The property was banned to secure the payment of hospital bills for the treatment of Marija Cetinger.
