Luna Kajon Renounced Her Yugoslav Citizenship

Losing a House for a Debt

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the court decision by which Jozef Demajo, a trader, had to settle his debt to Mehmed Asanović, the Turk. Demajo had left to Vlaška and hadn‘t returned by then, so the Court informed his wife that their house would be sold for debt settlement.

Lawsuit of Isak Solomonović Regarding His Inharitance

The Čačak County Court dispached a power of attorney to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver it to Isak Solomonović, which he needed in the lawsuit of the property inheritance from his late father Solomon, from Čačak. Isak authorized David Levi to be his legal representative, who himself had the claims for his father‘s legacy. Isak gave a statement in the Administration that had no resources to travel to Čačak. A power of attorney had not been saved in the file.
