Mišulan Koen Accused Isakar Levi For Damage Done

Mišulan Koen accused his brother-in-law Isakar Levi for destroying his attendant identification card and for treats to murder him to the Dorćol Precinct. Levi and his family lived with Koen in his house, with obligation to help him in the business. After being interrogated, Levi was sentenced for destroying the document while the death threat could not be proved.

The Belgrade Town Court brought a decision in a lawsuit Malkuna, the widow of Gavrilo Levi, had filed against the tutors of her late husband‘s legacy, Elijas Adanja and Isak B. Avram, over the property referred to as the legacy of Gavrilo but it was her own property.

The Court in Smederevo requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver to Moša Kalderon a court decision associated with his demand a ban to be put on the merchandises of his debtor Kosta Florić. The Court in Smederevo returned a deposit amount to Kalderon which he gave when filing his demand.
