Mika Jakov Kojen Requested Divorce From His Wife Fradela

Samujil Hajim,a merchant and a president of the Assembly of the Jewish Religious-School Community requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to summon Mika Jakov Kojen from Smederevo and forward him to the Jewish Spiritual Court regarding his request to divorce his marriage. Kojen refused the call stating that he would let his wife Fradela to remarry if she left their male children to him.
