Moša Jakob, a merchant, requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to import to Serbia a number of ox skins bought in Bečkerek (today Zrenjanin). The Belgrade Customs banned the import of the skins to Serbia due to the cattle plague registered in the Bečkerek area, and ordered Jakob to take them back to Pančevo. His request was denied.
