Mojsej Pučin From Constantinople Regarding His Citizenship

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate the statement of Mojsej Pučin from Constantinople that he had filed a request to the Serbian diplomatic representative for issuing a notification regarding his place of residence i.e. citizenship. Pučin had asserted that in 1831 he and his family had moved from Novi Sad to Belgrade, where his father Jakov, mother Lea and brothers Isak and Israilj still lived.
