Settlement of Former Partners

The Belgrade Town Court communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the settlement between the partners Arif Asanović and Alija Ametović, on one side and Lezer and Kučo Albahari, on the other side. The Court instructed the Administration to establish a commission, comprised of persons chosen by the parties engaged in the lawsuit, to review the accounts of the partnership business and to execute the settlement.

Salomon Amar To Address the Local Court In the Matter of Debt Collection

The Čačak District Headquarters communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request of Solomon Amar his debt to be collected by the above said Headquarters from Jovan Jelišić and Veličko Vranić from Karanovac. The Administration was asked to advise Amar that the local court had the jurisdiction over that matter.

Solomon Amar Filed a Lawsuit Against the Heirs of the Late Jovan Glišović

The Čačak District Headquarters communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request Solomon Amar had filed against the heirs of the diseased Jovan Glišović from Karanovac, over debt. The Administration was requested to inform Amar that the Court in Čačak was authorized for his request, not the District Headquarters.

Solomon Levi and Čelebon Avramović Lawsuit Against Stevan Karavezić

The Belgrade Town Court communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit the Belgrade merchants Solomon D. Levi and Čelebon Avramović filed against Stevan Karavezić from Drenova over selling their sheep skins and spent the money received for them. The Administration informed the Court that the parties had settled the debt in the presence of witnesses.
