The Belgrade Town Court communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the settlement between the partners Arif Asanović and Alija Ametović, on one side and Lezer and Kučo Albahari, on the other side. The Court instructed the Administration to establish a commission, comprised of persons chosen by the parties engaged in the lawsuit, to review the accounts of the partnership business and to execute the settlement.

The Čačak District Headquarters communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request Solomon Amar had filed against the heirs of the diseased Jovan Glišović from Karanovac, over debt. The Administration was requested to inform Amar that the Court in Čačak was authorized for his request, not the District Headquarters.
The Court in Ćuprija dispached to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade nine subpoenas for a trial against K. Ivković from Svilajnac, to be delivered to his creditors, among others to Samuilo Karaoglanović and Isak Farki.

Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the bankruptcy of Samuilo Adanja Karaoglanović, a merchant, whose store was closed and merchandise inventoried. Isak Jakov Elijas and the sons of Nahman B. Ozer were among his creditors.
Settlement of Jozef Farhi and His Debtors Over Debts
The Belgrade Town Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Jozef David
Farhi had settled with his debtors Sabataj Kojen and Jakov Salamon Albakaj. At the Farhi‘s request, the Administration was instructed to take off the ban placed over the goods of his debtors.
Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Sadik Majstorivić, a merchant, had filed against Jozef Eskinazi, over debt. The Court decided that Jozef Eskinazi had to settle the debt and to pay court fees.
The Belgrade Town Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have confirmed the guarantees Menahem D. Amar had placed for Toma Andrejević regarding the rent payments for two shops he had leased, situated in the vicinity of the Russian consulate.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to look for Maksim Polak, a physician who had to be interrogated as a witness in a lawsuit initiated by Dimitrije Stanimirović against Jozef Farhi. The Administration reported that Maksim Polak had left Belgrade together with his family and had not returned yet.

Solomon and Isak Kalmi to Settle Their Debts
The Ministry of the Interior communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the request of the Austrian Consulate the merchants Isak and Solomon Kalmi to settle their debts to Goldšmit and Nefe from Vienna, with interest and the court fees.
Solomon Ruso Filed a Lawsuit Against Stevan Stojković
Correspondence of the Court in Jagodina and the Administration of the City of Belgrade regardting the lawsuit Solomon Ruso, an apprentice to Josif Avramović, filed against Stevan Stojković, over debt. Solomon Ruso lost the case, thus he was requested to pay court fees.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade investigated the accusations made against Samuilo Almuzlini for stealing jewellery froma wife of Lezer Albahari. The Court dropped the accusations and released Almuzlini for the lack of evidence.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a subpoena to Moer Avramović regarding the lawsuit filed against him by Milinko Maksimović, over debt.
The Belgrade Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to sell the goods of Dača Albahari, deposited at the guardian of the property of the late Kosta Stojanović. The Administration replied that the goods had already been sold on the auction.
The Smederevo County Court requested to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a subpoena to Leon Pinto or to his representative Moreno Jakov Kojen.
