Samoil Avram Ruso filed a lawsuit to the Belgrade Town Court against the late Bohar Ačo
Konfino over a debt of 20.000 groshes in goods. The Court requested from the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to place a sequester on the real estate of Konfino till the completion of the lawsuit and to search the house of Isak Albala because Ruso suspected that the Konfino‘s heirs might have hidden some goods in his house.
Samuel Zonana Filed a Lawsuit Against Jovan Paunović Over Debt
Excerpt from a trial documentation in a lawsuit Samuel Zonana had filed against Jovan Paunović, a tobacco dealer. The Belgrade Town Court reached a decision that Paunović was to pay the debt, therefore the Administration of the City of Belgrade inventoried the content of his store because he had moved to Austria.
