Survey of the Real Estate Property of Jahijel Ruso

Hajim and Lazar Adanja requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to solve the problem related to the survey of the plot with a house which they sold to Jahijel Ruso, i.e. with a part of the real estate property which bordered the state land. They enclosed the copy of the property deed for the referred plot which their father Samuilo Adanja bought from Moša Avram Ruso and his wife Lea.

Salamon Moš Medin Appointed For the Guardian of the Property of Bea Emanuel

The Guardianship Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the appointment of the assistant guardian for the property of the late Bea, the wife of Jakov Emanuel. The Assembly of the Jewish Religious School Community appointed Josif Hason, but after he had refused to accept the duty, Salamon Moš Medin was appointed.

Schedule Change in the School in Jalija

The Assembly of the Religious-School Jewish Community requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to obtain from the Ministry of Education and Religion a change of the teaching schedule for Jewish children in the school in Jalija. The Assembly pleeded that Jewish children had their morning lessons thought in the Serbian language so they could learn in the afternoon sessions a Jewish religion and language. The Ministry denied the request stating that the school in Jalija was the same as other schools in Serbia and that no exception could be made regarding that request.
