The Sava Precinct reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the passengers who arrived of departed from Belgrade on 11th and 12th October: Avram Ozerović, a merchant, arrived to the Town on the ship Mađar.
Samuilo Adut reported that his store was broken in and he suspected on Mijailo Jovanović, a tinsmith. The police investigated but could not determine who broke in.
The Dorćol Precinct compiled a list of citizens who got their taxes decreased or were exempted from paying taxes for the year 1889. Jakov Kazes, David De Majo, Samuel Melamed, Ferdinand Bril were on the list. The file also contained a list of foreigners residing in the Dorćol area from whom taxes were charged for the first half of the year 1889. David Farki, Nisim Benaroj, Simon Bernfeld were on the list.
