In addition, the Court requested the report on the outcome of the lawsuit the Jewish Commune had filed to prove the property right over the above referred real estates.
The Milkmen Guild Complained Against Isak Avram Albahari
The Milkmen Guild complained to the Dorćol Precinct against Isak Avram Albahari was keeping the milk store without the permission from the authorities. At the hearing session he declared that he sold milk and cheese to the Jews from time to time since the church did not allow them to buy those products on the open market. Consequently, the Administration banned Albahari to keep the milk store.
The Jewish Commune Complained Over the Sale of the Jewish Real Estate
The representatives of the Jewish School and Church, Moša Demajo and Isak Amar, complained to the Ministry of the Interior against the Administration of the Town of Belgrade over the intention to sell the real estate of the Jewish Commune on which the houses of Haim Avram Konfino and Jakov Samujel were situated. The Ministry recommended them to address to the Civic court and try to prove the property right of the referred real estate.

The Jews Provided Kosher Meat in the Butchery Store of Pandilo Vuković
The Dorćol Precinct informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Samuil Hajim, the president of the Jewish Religious-School Community, settled the accounts with Pandilo Vuković, the butcher, thus the Jews continued to purchase meat from his butchery store.
Police report to the administrator of the Town of Belgrade on the events that took place in the town: the stores of Jozef Hason, Azrijel Dada and Moša S. Demajo were robbed during the night.

The Brothers Elijas Filed a Lawsuit Against Moša Ozerović Over Debt
The Belgrade Town Court communicated the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the appointment of experts who would positively determine the exact name and surname of Hajm D. Hajm, who was also often referred to as Hajm David and Hajm Davič, for the lawsuit which the brothers Elijas from Vienna had filed against Moša Ozerović over the right priority in a debt collection from sold property of Hajm.

The Jewish Community Complained Against Aleksandar Rubiček, the Butcher
The Belgrade rabbi Avram Jakov Elijas gave a statement to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding his application to get a license to open a butcher store, due to the complaint of the Jewish Community against Aleksandar Rubiček, the butcher, who also gave a statement to the Administration.
The Ministry of the Interior requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to investigate if Avram David Nisim, the Prussian subject residing in Šabac, was born in Belgrade, if any relative of his was a Serbian subject and which citizenship he had prior to Prussian. The Assembly of the Jewish Religious-School Community provided the requested information.
